This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were there at every time. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Quite nice hotel and wonderful area. Surely will recommend Hallmark Hotel London Chigwell Prince Regent!
